Consent and likeness

Do not upload or generate a real person's face or voice without the rights and informed consent required for that use. Do not create deceptive endorsements, impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, or content involving minors in unsafe contexts.

Claims and intellectual property

Do not fabricate product capabilities, performance, testimonials, pricing, awards, or results. Do not upload content you lack permission to use, evade watermarks or access controls, or infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

Safety and abuse

Do not use VectorStudio for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, political deception, malware, credential theft, or attempts to bypass provider safeguards. Do not automate excessive requests or probe another workspace.

Enforcement

We may block a generation, preserve evidence needed to investigate abuse, limit usage, or suspend a workspace. Report suspected abuse through Support with the relevant asset or public URL.
