Response targets

Billing, account lockout, privacy, and charged-generation failures are prioritized. The founding-beta target is one business day; other product questions may take up to two business days.

Charged generation failures

Credits are reserved before provider-backed work. A failed or cancelled job releases the reservation automatically unless a provider produced a billable result. Send the job ID if the account balance and final job state disagree.

Copyright and abuse reports

Identify the work or person involved, the VectorStudio or public asset URL, your relationship to the rights holder, and the requested action. We may ask for identity or authorization evidence before removing or disclosing customer content.
