Terms of service

These terms govern paid founding-beta access to VectorStudio.

Service and eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. The founding beta may change as provider capabilities, costs, and platform rules change.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs. You grant VectorStudio the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and render them for your workspace. You must have the rights and informed consent required for every person, voice, brand, app, screenshot, recording, and source clip you upload or imitate.

AI output review

Generated output can be inaccurate, unsafe, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing claims, likenesses, disclosures, music, platform rules, and advertising compliance before publishing. Approval controls assist review but do not replace it.

Plans, credits, and billing

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Plan credits reset on each paid billing cycle and do not roll over. Local rendering and export actions identified as no-credit do not consume AI credits. Provider-backed actions reserve the displayed credit estimate before work and release it when work fails before a usable provider result. Taxes, refunds, disputes, plan changes, and cancellation are handled through Stripe and the published refund policy.

Availability and liability

Third-party AI providers can reject, delay, change, or discontinue generation. We aim to preserve inputs and charged outcomes, but the beta is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent allowed by law, aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may cancel from the billing portal. We may suspend access for abuse, unlawful content, non-payment, security risk, or material breach. Data export and deletion requests follow the Privacy policy.
